Make the most of Life

The Life Cycle Clock Is Ticking

The clock is ticking, from the day you are born to the time that you die, you should make every day count.

We only get one chance at this, and every day you waste, you can never make up for. So, make some decisions, be progressive, set some objectives and grab opportunities as they present themselves and give it a go. Don't wait, and don't procrastinate. Before you know it, time passes you by or even runs out.

Life, in general, is not easy; there are many obstacles that we must negotiate from time to time; however, we all have the ability to do the things we want to and can make decisions that will make a difference in our lives, so grab any opportunity that presents itself and run with it, you never know where it will take you.

When you are young, there seems to be a lot of time ahead to do things, the time seems to move a lot slower, and you can look forward to many years of a long life. However, too many people waste this precious time, and as you grow older, you tend to wonder where the time has gone, as it seems to fly by so quickly, and you wish you had done more.

So, don't waste time. Whether you are young, middle-aged, or maturing, there are no guarantees in your life cycle. You only need to read the newspapers to see how many lives are changed through some adversity that has overcome them.

This doesn't mean we should rush in and be irresponsible, putting ourselves in dangerous or awkward situations, because this could cause premature changes to our lives. So, think it through and maximise and enjoy life to its fullest.
