Circle Of Well-being

WHAT IS THE CIRCLE OF WELL-BEING?

The Circle of well-being is a visual presentation of the main elements that will ultimately influence your life and well-being, and these elements need to be controlled by an individual to have a well-balanced, trouble-free life and future.

There are six essential life elements that we should be very aware of. They are shown in the graphic above, and it is called the Circle of Well-being. Here, the six central life essentials that can cause a dramatic change to our lives, health, and well-being are identified. We can find ourselves in difficult times if any of them go wrong.

The six essential elements will influence us throughout our life cycle. Suppose you can control how these elements influence you, and you can satisfy each of these areas to suit your circumstances. In that case, you can feel comfortable that you will be giving yourself every chance of a happy, healthy, and satisfying life.

Suppose they are not built into our daily routines. In that case, we will expose ourselves to many unforeseen issues that will cause us much-unwanted stress, illness, and anxiety and limit our ability to achieve what we want.

The Six Basic Elements Are:

Health is, of course, one of the main issues for all of us.

Keep in touch with your body. Your health is paramount, so always test to ensure that your vital organs are in good order and have regular check-ups.

Advancements in technology are fantastic today; if you can identify a health issue early, you will have an excellent chance of remedying the problem.

Just remember that you are what you eat, so watch your diet...don't touch substances that you do not know what they are, don't smoke and drink alcohol.

Safety: Safety is often taken for granted. We don't think something wrong will happen to us; it always happens to someone else; well, those affected by an accident or incident did not know it would happen to them either. In most workplaces, we must follow strict safety rules without issues. Then, we leave the workplace, and the rules go out the door, become careless, or expose ourselves to circumstances that put us at risk.

TIP: Always be aware, don't take unnecessary risks, be mindful of your circumstances and surroundings, remove any safety issues in your home, provide for your safety, and make your life user-friendly.

Security: We can't put ourselves in a box; we need to be active and enjoy life; however, always be aware of your circumstances and keep up your guard. You never know where a problem can come from.

Consider your safety and be able to get yourself out of awkward situations if they develop. Your home is your castle; ensure it is secure and that action plans are in place to address problems that may arise, i.e. fire, weather, or maybe a break-in.

Monitor and secure your home, protect yourself, your family, and your possessions, and be insured... always consider the situation wherever you are...

Women should carry a spray with them and never walk alone at night in secluded places; always tell somebody where you are or where you are going and, where possible, a timeline of your activity or return.

TIP: Don't be too flashy; there are always people watching, so do not draw unnecessary attention if you are ever put in a confrontation situation; walk away and report the situation

Quality of life: It is about you and what will give you the benefit that sets and keeps you on a pathway to your future health, wealth, and happiness.

What are the things that an individual can do to ensure the quality of life? There is no formula; we are all so individual and have varying likes and dislikes that nobody can advise on the correct pathway.

It comes down to this: you need to formulate your plan, and you can start by making a list of the things that you believe would give you a good quality of life and don't put money at the top. yes, it plays a big part at times, but much more is needed before that stage, and it is a fact that money does not on its own provide happiness; you only need to read about the rich and famous to understand that.

What would set up a good quality of life for you? Would it be to avoid injury or health problems in the future? If this is the case, you need to start now because what you do today influences everything that happens tomorrow and in the future.

Your actions today seriously affect your quality of life tomorrow, and often, the effect is not felt for some time.

Ask yourself, are you enjoying your life? What can you do to make yourself happy? Are you able to cope with your personal life and finances? Are there issues that need addressing or improving? Are you taking unnecessary risks?

When you find the answers to these questions, make a plan.

TIP: Keep things simple; consider action for your Health, education, activities, and your family, and try to put something that will give the most pleasure and happiness...

Mobility: Protecting your mobility can be a significant issue; if you lose it, you may not get it back, don't take unnecessary risks that can risk your mobility, such as accidents, injuries, falls, illness, drugs, alcohol, smoking ...

TIP: Take a reality check and consider what you currently do; they may not be affecting you now, but the day is coming when your mobility will be involved in some way in the future...

Communication: these days, it is easy to maintain your ability to communicate with friends and family and use technology as much as possible. Technology is better than ever, and there is no reason to lose contact.

Communicate your movements to trusted friends, and do not put your activities on social media. Never be lonely, communicate with friends and family regularly, and don't be afraid to tell people your plans and how you intend to achieve them; this can be an excellent tactic to motivate you to, in fact, get on with something and achieve your goals.

TIP: Communicate regularly with family and friends, don't reflect on the past, and look to communicating your plans for the future.

Other important areas that we all should be aware of are:

Life Change: your needs might change over time, so don't be afraid to have a life change that may give you a new perspective and a new way in life, a new job, a new direction, a new hobby, or try anything that you want to.

Learning: keep your mind busy; this is vital; never stop learning; an active reason is essential to keep you engaged and diseases at bay, particularly in later life. Improve your education, learn something new each day or week, try new things, and embrace new technology.

Adventure: be adventurous; don't become a hermit in your home or bogged down in your job; get out there and explore; this will help to keep you fit and healthy, in mind and body.
